COPEAM, with the support of IFAD, organised the “Regional Capacity Building in Effective Communications” workshop for the IFAD project officers and partners from the Near East, North Africa, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The training aimed at enhancing their communications capacities while allowing them to share cross-discipline knowledge, experiences and work methods. In addition it provided the participants with the needed skills in networking relations with key stakeholders, the scientific community and the media.
