Ankara, 17 – 18 March 2014
COPEAM organised the second forum on “Training – Media – Mediterranean” which took place again in Ankara, upon the kind invitation of TRT – Turkish Radio and Television – on 17 and 18 March 2014.
After the success of the first edition, the training and HR managers from COPEAM broadcaster members gathered this time around the following topic : “Training : strategic lever of long-lasting performance”.
With the aim of matching the needs of the sector professionals referred to training,
the forum was structured into three sessions devoted respectively to the positioning of training as strategic tool, to its role in accompanying the change and to the evaluation of its impact.
The representatives of the following organisations took part in the Forum: ALBA (Lebanon), EPRS (Algeria), EPTV (Algeria), ESJ-Pro (Algeria), HRT (Croatia), IIFA (France), INA (France), Radio Tunisienne (Tunisia), RTSH (Albania), SNRT (Morocco) and SOREAD 2M (Morocco).
A new edition of the Forum will be soon launched and will be devoted to “Training Needs and Evaluation: Tools and Methods”.
