ASBU-COPEAM-EBU TRIPARTITE MEETING 2012

In the occasion of the 32nd General Assembly of ASBU, held in Cairo from 11 to 13 December 2012, the tripartite meeting ASBU-COPEAM-EBU took place, as usual.
COPEAM delegation was composed of Secretary General, Pier Luigi Malesani, Deputy Secretary General, Nicola Caligiore, and the Coordinator Paola Parri.

A rich agenda was discussed, including next training actions such as COPEAM forum on pedagogical engineering to be organized in Ankara, thanks to the TRT, in February 2013, and to which both ASBU and EBU have been invited; the ongoing TV co-productions jointly carried out by ASBU and COPEAM, Inter-Rives 3 – whose closing workshop will be held in Tunis, in February as well – and Joussour, that entered its second year of implementation; the programmes and news regional exchange; the future common initiatives to be developed through new Calls of the European Union; the setting up of a group of experts designed for the Mediterranean Southern countries accessing the European Partnership Programme.

Finally, the three Unions set the date of their next trilateral meeting within the framework of COPEAM annual Conference in Cagliari, from 21 to 24 March, 2013.
