The 25th edition of EUROVISION, “XXV Festival Internazionale di Cinema e Televisione”, was held from last 17 to 19 October between Villa Medici and Palazzo Farnese, premises of the French Embassy in Rome.
The Festival, devoted to the European cinema and TV market, gathered the main Italian and French institutional and TV production personalities.
In this framework, Alessandra Paradisi, COPEAM Secretary General, presented an overview on the role new and traditional media played in the Arab spring upraise, hence contributing to the emergence of new communication scenarios in the Mediterranean area: the spirit of the network, which has always been at the basis of “COPEAM” approach, is asserting itself as a common means for progress and co-development in the countries of the Mare Nostrum.
