"Media and Information Literacy in Critical Times: Re-imagining Ways of Learning in Information Environments"
The 6th annual global celebration of Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Week will take place from 25 October to 1 November, 2017. The Global MIL Week 2017 highlights include local and regional activities around the world as well as its feature event, namely the 7th Media and Information Literacy and Intercultural Dialogue (MILID) Conference. It will be hosted by the University of the West Indies and will take place from 24 to 27 October 2017 in Kingston, Jamaica.

La 6ème célébration annuelle de la Semaine Mondiale de l’Education aux Médias et à l’Information (EMI) se tiendra du 25 octobre au 1 novembre 2017. L’événement clou de la Semaine mondiale EMI est la 7ème Conférence de l’éducation aux médias et à l’information et du dialogue interculturel (MILID). Elle est organisée par l’Université des Indes Occidentales et se déroulera du 24 au 27 octobre 2017 à Kingston, en Jamaïque.
