On February 20 and 21, ASBU and COPEAM brought together in Tunis the co-producers of the new radio series dedicated to ancient and contemporary arab philosophers.
The meeting provided an opportunity to collectively define the cooperation and editorial frameworks for this unique podcast series.
This ambitious project gathers 15 public radio broadcasters from Europe and the MENA region: Algeria – Egypt – France – Irak – Jordan – Lebanon – Mauritania – Morocco – Palestine – Qatar – Saudi Arabia – Soudan – Spain – Tunisia – Turkey.

The call for candidature for the new edition of the e-learning programme “Reporting Climate Change – Microcredentials for international journalists”, developed by COPEAM and Uninettuno University with the support of the Italian Ministry of University and Research, is now open.

Mr. Ahmet Görmez, the news coordinator of TRT Haber, has been elected Chair of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) News Group. His success follows the election of TRT Director General Prof. Mehmet Zahid Sobacı as the President of ABU in November 2023.
