The two international juries (experts and young people) of the third edition of “A première vue” Prize have chosen this year's winning short films:

Rai Cinema Award:

The Run by Andrea ABDEL NOUR — ALBA Lebanon

Youth Award FID/Mucem:

Panic at the wedding by Haythem Ben Hmida — ESAC Tunisia

Jury’s Special Mention:

Inouï by Labib Benslama — LabDZ Algeria

The awarding ceremony took place in Marseille on June 28 at the MUCEM as part of FIDMarseille 2024, in the presence of a large and interested audience. Thanks to the collaboration with the FID, the young directors Achref Toumi from ESAC and Yara Gebara from ALBA, who jointly won the TV5Monde Grand Prix, took part in in the FID Campus residency, where they presented their projects and met other young talents from 10 different countries.

In addition to the awards, for the second year, an APV-TV5MONDE collection was presented as part of the Short Film Corner of the 2024 Cannes Film Festival. The included short films are:
