On the following day, a round-table focusing on the Transition to Public Service Media in the Southern Mediterranean was held, devoted to the contribution of the national media to fostering democracy, diversity and progress in society and to their transition to public service broadcasters as a major challenge.
In this session, COPEAM was invited to highlight some examples in terms of contents, presenting TV coproduction models and gender-related initiatives developed in cooperation with both Northern and Southern Mediterranean public broadcasters.
