The Kantara team has just concluded a rich and exciting 2023-2024 radio season: 43 issues dedicated to news and culture from around the Mediterranean with a single objective: to continue informing and bringing together the Mediterranean in its diversity.
Indeed, it is in the name of this continuity that the programme celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, since when, in 1999, Pierre Mari (France Bleu RCFM) and Hanane Laimani (Chaine Inter Morocco) imagined and launched the utopia of a radio bridge between the shores of the Mediterranean.
Gradually, thanks to the support of COPEAM and the partner radios, Kantara has developed, becoming today a referral weekly magazine, and continues to pool listeners from 6 radio stations and the entire French-speaking Mediterranean every week.
