The 10th edition of the Mediterranean Tourism Forum will take place on 26–28 November at the Hilton Malta. The Mediterranean Tourism Forum, organised annually by the Mediterranean Tourism Foundation, has become the largest event in the world dedicated to Mediterranean tourism, bringing together ministers, mayors, business leaders, academics, and media professionals from across the region. This year’s edition will place special emphasis on the role of media and broadcasting in shaping the Mediterranean narrative — using music, culture, and storytelling as powerful tools for unity and sustainable growth.
PBS Malta, in collaboration with RAI Italia and the Mediterranean Tourism Foundation, is joining forces on an exciting new initiative celebrating the fusion of Mediterranean music and culture. This project aims to unite artists, broadcasters, and creative professionals from across the region to showcase the shared rhythm, emotion, and diversity that define the Mediterranean identity.
Both the Forum and the concert are expected to welcome over 1,500 participants from more than 30 different countries, making this one of the most significant gatherings of Mediterranean leaders and creators ever held.
As part of this collaboration, on 27 November, PBS Malta and RAI Italia, together with the Mediterranean Tourism Foundation, will present a spectacular concert featuring the Mediterranean Orchestra under the artistic and musical direction of Maestro Bruno Santori, one of Italy’s most renowned conductors. The concert will celebrate Mediterranean musical fusion — blending traditional and contemporary sounds — and will be broadcast on RAI and TVM.
Together, PBS Malta, RAI Italia, and the Mediterranean Tourism Foundation are committed to fostering a new era of Mediterranean cooperation through music, media, and innovation — celebrating our shared heritage while shaping a more connected and creative future.
